Terms of Use

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fullvisionlegal.com (the “Site”), operated by Full Vision Legal Support (“Full Vision,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site describes our services; engagements are governed separately

The Site provides general information about our litigation-support services, including 3D-printed demonstrative exhibits and incident-recreation video. Content on the Site — including pricing — is informational, may change without notice, and is not a binding offer. Any engagement is governed exclusively by the written agreement, proposal, or statement of work executed for that engagement, which controls over anything on the Site.

2. Not legal advice; no attorney-client or professional relationship

Full Vision is a litigation-support vendor, not a law firm. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, medical advice, or a legal opinion, and nothing on the Site — including submitting the consultation form or booking a call — creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Decisions about litigation strategy, evidence, and the use of demonstratives in any matter are made solely by you and your firm.

3. No guarantee of outcomes or admissibility

All exhibits, models, animations, and other work product we describe are demonstrative aids. Whether any demonstrative is admitted, and for what purpose, is always at the discretion of the presiding court. We make no representation or guarantee about the admission of any exhibit or the outcome, settlement value, or resolution of any matter.

4. Research and statistics

The Site cites findings from published, peer-reviewed research regarding demonstrative evidence. Those citations summarize the referenced studies; they are not a promise that similar results will occur in any particular case, and study findings are subject to the limitations described in the underlying publications.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, images, video, and design — are owned by Full Vision or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site content for evaluating our services; any other reproduction or use requires our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or harvesting data from it, submitting unlawful or malicious content through its forms, or using it to transmit protected health information.

7. Third-party services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as scheduling and form-relay providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on the providers we use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULL VISION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ONLY; LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH A CLIENT ENGAGEMENT IS ADDRESSED IN THE AGREEMENT GOVERNING THAT ENGAGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Full Vision harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone, and we build it with accessibility in mind — semantic markup, text alternatives for images, keyboard-operable navigation, and reduced-motion support. If you encounter any barrier using the Site, contact us at info@fullvisionlegal.com or (925) 219-2339 and we will work with you to provide the information you need and to fix the issue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
