Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Full Vision Legal Support (“Full Vision,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fullvisionlegal.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It applies to the Site only. Information exchanged in the course of a client engagement — including medical imaging and case files — is governed by the written agreements for that engagement, not by this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. If you use our consultation form, we receive what you enter: your name, firm, email address, phone number, case type, key dates, and the description you provide. If you book a call through our embedded scheduler, we receive the details you provide to it (typically your name, email, and selected time).
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for security and operations, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
The Site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not buy, rent, or scrape contact lists.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or conduct consultations;
- To provide, scope, and invoice the services you request;
- To operate and secure the Site.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
The Site relies on a small number of vendors that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery (server logs). See the Vercel privacy policy.
- FormSubmit — relays consultation-form submissions to our email. See the FormSubmit privacy policy.
- Calendly — powers the embedded scheduling widget. See the Calendly privacy notice.
- Google Fonts — serves the Site’s typefaces from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when fonts load. See the Google privacy policy.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set cookies. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies needed for its functionality, as described in its own privacy notice.
Protected health information
The Site is not a channel for protected health information. We ask that you never submit medical records, imaging, or other PHI through the consultation form. When an engagement involves PHI, we execute a Business Associate Agreement with your firm and exchange files only through secure, access-controlled channels established for that engagement.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage a resulting engagement, and satisfy legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time using the contact details below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws — such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion. We honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction: contact us at info@fullvisionlegal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
The Site is a business-to-business service directed to legal professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
